Contrarian Humanitarian is an independent creative project working to dismantle humanitarian entities that protect their profit and status over the vulnerable people and causes they claim to serve.

Global poverty is rising, more people are forcibly displaced than ever in recorded history and climate change is here. These global problems cannot be solved by the Western Imperialist systems that created them - including the International Development and Humanitarian Aid sectors.

With our creative projects and this online space, we hope to mobilize international humanitarian workers and allies to discus, create and actualize humanitarian systems based on human need not human greed.
